Terms and Conditions
In exchange for purchasing Company’s product (“Products”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms stated in this document, which make up the terms of purchase (“Agreement”). Please read the following carefully. If you do not agree to the terms herein, DO NOT purchase Products. By purchasing Products, you are accepting the following Agreement, and you agree to and are bound by the following terms.
1. Parties:
For purposes of this Agreement, you (the purchaser) are referred to as “Customer.” Seller, AI Wonderful, is referred to as “Company.”
2. Term:
The term of this Agreement starts at time of purchase and remain in full force and effect thereafter.
3. Company’s Products:
Customer purchases Products, which includes:
• Claude plugins (installable skill and automation packages);
• AI automations, workflows, and prompt systems;
• templates, guides, and training materials;
• related documentation and support resources.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
digital products, including Claude plugins, AI automations, templates, and related training materials.
4. Payment:
• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated at checkout.
• All products are sold as one-time purchases. We do not operate automatic subscriptions or recurring billing for these products unless a product page expressly says so at the point of sale.
• We may change prices, run promotions, and withdraw products at any time. The price in effect at the moment you complete checkout applies to your order.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or other duties applicable in your jurisdiction. Where we are required to collect tax, it will be shown at checkout.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, a chargeback history, or a breach of these Terms.
Any future discount on Products does NOT apply to this purchase. Customer does not have the right to receive money back in the future due to a future discount of Products.
5. Delivery:
• Delivery is electronic and normally immediate or within 24 hours of successful payment, by download link, email, or access to a members' area.
• It is your responsibility to give a valid, working email address and to check your spam or promotions folder.
• If you have not received your product within 24 hours, email info@aiwonderful.ai and we will resend it.
• Unless a product page states a specific access period, access is provided on an "as available" basis and we aim to keep download links active for at least 12 months from purchase. Please download and keep your own copy.
6. Termination:
This Agreement does not allow for termination.
7. Refunds/Returns:
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been delivered.
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that would otherwise apply once delivery has begun. Where the law of your country grants you a non-waivable right to cancel, that right prevails over this section.
We will, however, make things right in these situations:
• You were charged more than once for the same product — we refund the duplicate charge.
• You never received access and we cannot deliver the product to you.
• The product is materially faulty or does not function as described and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time after you report it.
To raise any of these, email info@aiwonderful.ai within 14 days of purchase with your order details and a description of the problem. Please contact us before filing a chargeback — a chargeback filed without first contacting us may result in your access being revoked.
Dissatisfaction with results, a change of mind, a lack of time to use the product, or lacking the required third-party AI platform account are not grounds for a refund.
8. Your license to Use Our Products:
When you buy a product, you are buying a license to use it — not ownership of it.
Subject to full payment and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the product for your own personal use and in your own business, for as long as these Terms are in force.
8.1 You may:
• install and use the product in your own AI platform account;
• use it to produce work and output for your own business;
• use those outputs commercially, including in your own products, content, and client-facing work;
• modify or adapt the product for your own internal use;
• keep a reasonable number of backup copies for yourself.
8.2 You may NOT:
• resell, relicense, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or distribute the product or any part of it;
• share your copy, login, download link, or access credentials with anyone outside your business;
• publish the product or its source files publicly, including on file-sharing sites, repositories, marketplaces, or community groups;
• repackage, rebrand, or "white-label" the product and sell it as your own or as part of your own paid product;
• use the product to build a substantially similar competing product for sale;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, branding, license, or attribution notices;
• use the product in any unlawful way or in breach of a third-party platform's terms.
One purchase equals one license for one person or one business. Team, agency, or multi-seat use requires a separate license — contact us at info@aiwonderful.ai.
You own the outputs you generate using our products, subject to the terms of the AI platform you run them on and to any third-party rights in material you supply. We claim no ownership of your prompts, your data, or your results.
